We're seeking a General Maintenance Mechanic to support the safe, reliable operation of manufacturing equipment within our GMP manufacturing environment. In this hands-on role, you'll perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and complete repairs to help maintain equipment reliability and minimize production downtime.
You'll work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to support production equipment while maintaining GMP, safety, and documentation requirements. This role provides an opportunity to apply and expand your technical skills while directly contributing to safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations.
You're a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting equipment and solving mechanical problems. You understand the importance of keeping manufacturing equipment operating safely, reliably, and efficiently.
You work well with production teams, respond effectively to equipment issues, and take pride in completing repairs correctly and documenting your work accurately. You bring a strong commitment to safety, quality, GMP compliance, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $28.16–$42.24.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
