Sr Brand Manager Oncology

Job Summary

As a Sr Brand Manager Oncology, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive the growth and success of our oncology portfolio in Romania. You will be a key leader in shaping the brand's trajectory, ensuring market leadership and patient access to innovative therapies.

Job Responsibilities

* Develop and implement strategic brand plans for assigned oncology products, including market analysis, competitive landscape assessment, and identification of growth opportunities.
* Lead the launch planning and execution for new oncology products or indications, ensuring successful market entry and uptake.
* Manage the full marketing mix, including promotional campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, medical education programs, and patient support services.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including medical affairs, sales, market access, regulatory, and global marketing to ensure alignment and integrated execution of brand strategies.
* Monitor market performance, analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business objectives.
* Develop and manage the brand budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
* Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and patient advocacy groups within the oncology community.
* Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant industry regulations, company policies, and ethical guidelines.
* Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior marketing team members if applicable.
* Present brand performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with a significant portion in oncology.
* Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand strategies, preferably including product launches.
* Strong understanding of the Romanian healthcare market, including reimbursement landscape and regulatory environment.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
* Proven ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization and lead cross-functional teams.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Fluency in Romanian and English (written and spoken) is required.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to travel as required to attend conferences, meetings, and engage with stakeholders.
