Description -

E-commerce is rapidly growing and redefining the way we shop and buy. In the online space, it is critical that HP and our reseller partners are pushing innovation and best practices for HP products and optimizing the online shopping experience in the age of the endless “digital shelf.”

This role is part of team of experts and sales teams that are driving digital best practices and accelerating HP’s ecommerce sales with HP’s largest reseller partners. This will be a critical role within the Digital Business Development team in Northwest Europe market.  Successful candidates will require strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate cross organisations to drive results.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • In partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Category strengthen existing online HP business with key HP Channel Partners 
  • Analyse and understand partner online platform and execute key optimisations and recommendations to improve online sales of HP products.  Driving improvements in the overall customer experience on Product Detail Pages, maximising HP product visibility in onsite and offsite search and identifying and executing Conversation Rate Optimization opportunities.
  • Working closely with retailer/reseller marketing teams to achieve SEO / UGC objectives
  • Conducting keyword research to identify opportunities for ranking improvement
  • Conducting performance reports and leading optimisation of content
  • Analysing website architecture and on-page elements to identify areas of improvement
  • Monitoring competitor activity and developing strategies to stay ahead in the SERPs
  • Keeping up to date with developments in SEO/SEM
  • Measuring the success of SEO / UGC Campaigns and ROI
  • Have firm understanding of HP products and stay up to date with digital industry knowledge.

Skills/Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, public relations or a related field
  • Experience providing hands on analysis and recommendations in the areas of e-commerce sales, business analysis, web/digital analytics and reporting.
  • Applied knowledge of digital marketing tools (like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEM Rush, Ahrefs or similar)
  • Applied knowledge of SEO, SEM and other digital marketing techniques
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with HTML coding techniques
  • Understanding of web design and site structures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with problem-solving acumen
  • Knowledge/Interest in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Buffer and Hootsuite)
