Position Summary

We are looking for a Junior Accounting professional to join our Finance and Accounting team to be responsible for handling Journals, Treasury management, Account payables and General Affair’s management.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Ensure Timely posting of Vendor invoices.
  • Verifies completeness and reliability of documents received as supporting documents for Invoices such as Delivery Notes, Purchase Order, and Emails etc
  • Manage various journal postings
  • Guarantees timely posting of Daily Bank charges and other bank transactions
  • Facilitates Fund transfers between company accounts for Daily Sweep/ Pooling purpose
  • Manages Monthly Accruals and Provision Postings.
  • Preparing Daily Cash Flow Reports
  • Report Monthly Bank Reconciliation and Petty Cash Reports.
  • Follow up with team internally to complete daily Pending Bank postings
  • Vendor Master Data Management
  • Manage office supplies
  • Airfare and Hotel Booking Management for Business Trips
  • Support team for monthly closing activities

Skills and Qualifications

  • Working experience of 0-2 years in General Accounting
  • Professional Knowledge in accounting rules, Treasury and General Affair’s
  • Bachelor Degree in Finance & Accounting (or any relevant course)
  • Good technical skills (ERP (SAP) /Microsoft Office etc.)
  • Good communication skills especially good written and spoken English is absolutely a must.
