Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track and compile OGP/OSP Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare performance reports and presentations for leadership.
  • Organize OGP/OSP committee meetings and cross-functional forums.

Vendor Management

  • Support tender preparation and vendor selection processes.
  • Assist in negotiating contract terms and managing documentation.
  • Coordinate training and internal communication during new Local Transport onboarding.
  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to Local Transport partners.

Cost & Financial Oversight

  • Validate vendor invoices and monitor contractual and ad hoc expenses.
  • Assist in cost analysis and volume tracking to ensure financial alignment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, vendor management, or operations support.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
