Role Overview
We re looking for a someone who can own the end-to-end architecture and delivery of Optimizely solutions. You ll guide teams, make critical technical decisions, and ensure everything—from code to cloud—runs like a well-tuned engine.

Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Design
Define and own solution architecture for Optimizely CMS / Commerce platforms
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems
Drive decisions on headless, microservices, and cloud architecture
Technical Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of developers
Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
Establish coding standards, frameworks, and reusable patterns
Delivery Ownership
Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects
Manage technical risks, dependencies, and timelines
Ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability of solutions
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs
Provide technical estimations and solution roadmaps
Act as the primary technical point of contact
DevOps & Governance
Define CI/CD strategies and deployment pipelines
Ensure security, compliance, and performance standards
Drive production stability and incident management

Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Expertise
8–12+ years of experience in .NET ecosystem
Deep expertise in Optimizely (Episerver) CMS / Commerce
Strong background in system design and architecture
Expertise in API design, integrations, and distributed systems
Architecture & Tools
Experience with Azure cloud services
Knowledge of microservices, event-driven architecture
Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure
Leadership Skills
Proven experience leading development teams
Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability
Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications
Optimizely certifications (Developer / Commerce)
Experience with Optimizely Experimentation
Exposure to frontend frameworks (React, Angular)
Experience in large-scale digital transformation projects
