Northrop Grumman is seeking a Business Development Intern to support the Corporate Global Business Development Office (CGBDO) International Industrial Engagement & Strategic Partnerships team. This internship offers hands-on experience supporting enterprise-level business development activities related to international industry partners.
 

The selected candidate will gain exposure to international business development, strategic partners, offset & industrial engagement, and Northrop Grumman’s international priorities.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparation of briefing materials, read-ahead packages, and executive presentations related to international industrial engagement and partnerships.
  • Maintain trackers, action item logs, and reporting tools.
  • Assist with data collection, analysis, and development of summary reports.
  • Contribute to special projects aligned with CGBDO strategic priorities.

Basic Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program from an accredited university and will be enrolled full time in Fall 2026.
  • Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during the summer of 2026
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment.

Intern Pay Range:

Bachelor’s: $15.25 - $33.50

Master’s: $22.00 - $42.25
