The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experienced and collaborative mid-level Instructional System Designer (ISD) to work with a team of ISDs and Media Developers in creating training content for the Fire Controlman Aegis courses under the Navy Sailor 2025 Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) program. You’ll create Lesson Design Strategies (LDS), support Live Government Reviews, and build On-Screen Lessons (OSL) in a Learning Content Management System (LCMS).
Responsibilities:
Review Government Furnished Information.
Support meetings with Subject Matter Experts and ISDs.
Research and gather missing content.
Create and edit lesson design documents and ensure they are meeting design standards.
Create Lesson Plans and Training Guides.
Experience designing and developing performance-based Instructor-Facilitated Interactive Training (IFIT) and Self-Directed Interactive Training (SDIT) content.
Qualifications:
Required:
BA/BS or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
Experience in AIM CPM/LOM.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals.
Knowledge of NAVEDTRA 130 series, NAVEDTRA 132 series, and NAVEDTRA 136.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in team environments.
Desired:
Experience with using Merge, Manage, Modernize E-learning Development (MELD), Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or other eLearning development software.
Prior experience working on Sailor 2025 RRL Projects.
Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Active Secret-level security clearance. (US Citizenship is required in order to obtain a security clearance from the DoD.)
