Job Description:

Summary:

This IT Applications Specialist is responsible for providing technical solutions to existing and new systems at Dave and Busters and Main Event stores. This includes diagnosing and resolving production issues, implementing new systems and software and managing several projects at a time. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems, as well as the ability to work well with others and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical solutions to Dave and Buster's corporate offices and stores systems
• Diagnose and resolve production issues
• Implement new systems and software
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems
• Stay up to date on the latest IT trends and technologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field
• 5+ years of application ownership and vendor management
• Strong understanding of IT systems, including networking, systems administration, and application development
• Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
