Currently, we are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Treasury team.

The Johnson & Johnson Global Treasury Services Center (GTSC) is a division of J.C. General Services BV. Together with J&J Corporate, the GTSC fulfills the role of in-house bank and is responsible for the financing as well as the cash and risk management of the J&J affiliates. The GTSC is also responsible for the settlements on behalf of the J&J affiliates worldwide. Key Responsibilities

  • manage the central cash and currency positions to make appropriate funding and investment decisions.

  • play a key role in the operational excellence related to the in-house bank which gives central access to the excess cash of our affiliates and reduces exposure with external banks.

  • lead operational excellence related to inter-company lending to fund the working capital requirements and investments of the J&J affiliates.

  • participate in departmental projects, analyse impact on end-to-end processes, focus on cross team deliverables.

  • facilitate active relationship with banks for all the European Treasury Centers and be responsible for consistent documentation as well as monitoring of charges and conditions.

  • provide (management)reports related to month-end closings

  • identify continuous improvements and challenge the status quo of Treasury systems, processes and procedures.

  • support a variety of business led projects, support M&A and divestitures from a central cash management perspective.

  • take ownership on building/maintaining cash and bank documentation.

  • act in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley, audit and other legal requirements related to cash management processes.

You will be business partnering with multiple stakeholders every day, including:

  • All treasury departments - Currency Exposure, Investments, Accounting, Risk Control and Compliance, Global Settlements and Regional Treasury Services Centers teams

  • Financial counterparties

  • J&J entities worldwide

  • Tax

  • External and internal audit

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Economics (Master of Applied Economics, Business Engineer, Business Administration, …) or equivalent.

  • You are a recent graduate or early-career professional at the start of your finance career.

  • You are accurate and have strong analytical skills.

  • You are flexible, eager to learn, highly motivated, hands-on and stress resistant.
