Act as the senior customer interface across all project stages, proactively managing expectations, contracts, and performance of subcontractors to ensure seamless execution.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to prevent schedule delays, cost overruns, or reputational impact, while proactively leveraging opportunities to improve project results and value.
Maintain rigorous financial oversight, including P&L ownership, cost control, forecasting, and cash flow management, ensuring projects meet or exceed profitability targets.
Deliver projects that achieve key performance indicators related to safety, quality, financial performance, schedule adherence, customer satisfaction, and alignment with Linxon’s strategic objectives.
