Summary:
As a Program or Project Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery of business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This role requires utilizing established tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure that service level agreements are effectively delivered, monitored, and controlled. The position demands continuous coordination with various stakeholders to maintain alignment with project goals and to address any challenges that arise during the execution phase, ensuring smooth progress and successful completion of assigned responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met within defined timelines.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to report progress and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Incident Management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities to address and resolve project-related challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Familiarity with project tracking and reporting tools to monitor service level agreements and project milestones.
- Effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders at various levels.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Incident Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
