Job Description

General:

  • Keep LIA Working Team Updated: Track partners' merchant pipelines and prepare findings for pre-partner meeting briefs.

Sales:

  • Maintain & Prioritize Partner Lead Lists: Assess and qualify eligible merchants for LIA Partner incentives.
  • XFN Revenue/Results Reporting: Track month-over-month media spend and growth from onboarding date.
  • Collaborate with SPDMs: Work with US SPDMs to manage inbound US Partner and Merchant Leads. Coordinate with EMEA/LATAM SPDMs for international leads.
  • Track Outreach/Status: Maintain organized outreach status from Partners and Sales to Merchant leads, and keep momentum with Partners on outreach. Use Monday.com tracker with FDX.

Onboarding:

  • Administrative Onboarding of Merchants: Ensure Merchants onboarded by Partners are live across systems.
  • Troubleshooting Partner Onboarding: Liaise with XFN teams to resolve technical onboarding issues and create internal documentation for the Partner onboarding process.
  • Troubleshooting Merchant Onboarding: Work with Partners and XFN to resolve merchant technical onboarding issues and create internal documentation for the Merchant onboarding process.

Billing:

  • Processing of Invoices: Review and validate partner-submitted invoices, track changes, and confirm approvals via Project Bandwidth billing support.
  • Troubleshooting Invoice Problems/POs: Respond to Partners’ questions about the invoicing process and help them navigate the new billing system, Ariba.
  • Maintaining Budget: Keep records of payments to partners to ensure compliance with payment terms and contract caps.

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent comprehension and communication in both English and Japanese language skills.
  • Experience in Partner Operations, Sales, & Marketing, Advertising would be an added advantage.
