The annual base salary for this position ranges from $62,200.00 in our lowest geographic market to $139,200.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

The Converse Entertainment, Culture & Influencer marketing is designed to engage creative leaders across communities, platforms, and industries through our Brand and the products we make.

As the Entertainment, Culture & Influencer Marketing Specialist, your job is to be an expert on our consumers, and the people across mainstream and subcultures in fashion, music, digital platforms, TV and film, who influence them. You know the nuances of these industries, have strong existing personal relationships with its main players, and an ability to forge new connections with emerging talent.

You’re smart, articulate and base your decisions on data, strategic thinking, and collaborative team input. You obsess the data, proactively serving up ideas, feedback, trends and research that drive and support our product and brand goals. You are creative; a style leader and influencer in your own right, live and breathe the brand, obsess our consumers, and are hungry to innovate in the way we communicate and partner with leading culture and community in Los Angeles and New York.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

WIN WITH NORTH AMERICAN CREATIVES & ALL STAR COMMUNITY

· Research and identify prospective influencers and passion groups based on our core consumers interests (including/not limited to: blogs, Tik Tok, Snapchat, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), with a focus

on cultural connection, digital reach and engagement.

· Connect and manage influencer relationships on an ongoing basis.

· Attend relevant events to connect with like-minded individuals and companies to align with on future initiatives.

· Support talent negotiations, working closely with legal to draft Talent Agreements.

· Manage the All Star community within the geography leading through service, opportunities and compelling storytelling.

SEED WITH IMPACT

· Support the annual seeding strategy across footwear and apparel aligned with the quarterly product calendar, ensuring we are continually present in our consumer’s social feeds and reaching new audiences through Energy and Inline product.

· Coordinate target lists, appointments, courier seeding and events, ensuring we are continually present, maintaining and expanding our relationships

· Contribute to city led pinnacle planning, working with other relevant functions to guide NA strategy and activations ensuring we maximize the energy and connect to our consumer at the right place at the right time with our pinnacle product.

· Drive product placement for North America Brand and Digital priorities

· Collect seeding highlights

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

· Lead all seasonal ordering and inventory management (footwear, apparel and accessories)

· Support timelines for inline and energy seeding, collaborating with team on list building. Manage order placements and ensure product is delivered against expected timelines.

· Manage all reactive seeding orders ensuring they are ordered and shipped in a timely manner

· Track and report seeding impact.

· Support team with contracting and payment of talent and agencies. Keeping trackers organized and up to date

LEAD, COACH, DRIVE, INSPIRE

· Be an active contributor to seasonal plans (particularly LA and NYC pinnacle plans), continuously collaborating with Brand and Retail to ensure all Entertainment results achieve maximum amplification through brand, earned media or key account channels.

· Operational excellence, creating efficiencies between functions (Geo and Global) while promoting collaborative and innovative problem solving

· Serve, inspire, and drive connections with our All-Star community through seeding, activations, and branded opportunities.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

BE PART OF NORTH AMERICA’S CULTURAL AGENDA

· Collaborate with NA functional leads to plan and execute a strategy of activations by the brand in key cities and neighborhoods centered on fashion, music, art, sport, and culture

· Champion digital thinking: execute all brand-owned activations at cultural events, ensuring the right product is paired with the right moment and amplified to maximize exposure to influencers and our consumers

· Find new destinations in culturally rich districts of Los Angeles and NYC to be creating relationships and impact in

· Be the territory expert on our consumer, what moves them now and what will move them in the future. Continually immerse yourself in their world and communicate your findings to the business with impact, ensuring the brand stays one step ahead of the competition and consumer demand.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of PR/digital marketing and/or influencer marketing in the fashion lifestyle sector

• Knowledge, expertise and active participation in social media, pop culture and fashion.

• Willing to push the envelope and bring fresh, innovative ideas to life.

• Passionate about style, keen ability to pair the right product with the right person

• Excellent project management, organization, communication and writing skills.

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically and apply them

• Collaborative team-player.
