Position Overview:  

Reporting to the VP of Marketing for EMEA, the Integrated Growth Marketing Lead for EMEA will coordinate the planning, execution and prioritisation in line with the goals of the organisation. The ideal candidate will drive focus, key priorities and craft localised campaigns in coordination with the central marketing organisation to ensure consistency of brand in market. In addition, you will be able to analyse data to make data driven decisions, share insights with the regional Field and Digital marketing teams to support optimisation of campaigns, scale and budget management. You will lead on the promotion of the company’s brand messaging in market across the marketing function in regions such as the UK/I, FR & BENELUX and DACH. You will be extremely detailed orientated with expectational project management skills and be able to multitask seamlessly.   

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop a in depth knowledge of local priorities (regional targets, segmentation, priority markets) and customer insights.   
  • Drive creation and execution of EMEA integrated marketing strategy & plans, which consistently deliver against business metrics.   
  • Focus on prioritising, testing, implementing and experimenting with ideas, channels, and campaigns. Ensure that previous campaign learnings are being leveraged  
  • Leverage our community of industry partners and influencers in region (GRC associations, GRC experts, integration partners, and marketing partners) for lead generation opportunities.  
  • Drive impact and return of marketing investment for the business in the short and long-term.  
  • Plan, implement, and optimize our growth marketing campaigns in partnership with Field, Digital and cross functional marketing teams in line with the marketing budget.   
  • Articulate, project manage and communicate plans and results with key stakeholders including the executive team.  
  • Building strong partnerships with the global marketing team and commercial teams to ensure two way and a successful launch of key initiatives. Such as product launches with the support of the Product Marketing Team.  
  • Ensuring our messaging and value propositions are compelling to the local market, target segments and personas prior to sharing with the Field and Digital Marketing teams to execute.   
  • Champion and lead a number of initiatives including sales plays integration, content strategy for key campaigns, market and competitive analysis.  
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.  

Required Experience/Skills: 

  • 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, growth marketing focused organisation.  
  • Experience developing country and regional marketing strategies and integrated consumer campaigns.  
  • Skilled in creative, compelling, localised integrated marketing campaigns, with influencer strategies, that drive measurable results in region or key market.  
  • Experience working cross functionally with a geographically-dispersed and multi-disciplinary group in the development of marketing strategy, plans and execution.  
  • Highly data-driven. You want to analyse and develop funnel conversion to ensure we drive leads and opportunities.  
  • Ability to drive complex, cross-functional projects without a proven playbook.  
  • Proven track record of collaborating on integrated marketing programs that drive revenue and pipeline growth.  
  • Excellent communication to clearly summarise your results, insights and recommendations and collaborate effectively with colleagues.  
  • Ability to plan, organise, and execute multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.  
  • Strong communication, presentation, project management, and writing skills.  

Nice to haves: 

  • Experience in B2B SaaS  
  • GRC industry knowledge and/or experience  
  • Familiarity with Wrike, Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau
