Care Team Supervisor

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Starting pay: $16 per hour

• Area of coverage Tomball, TX

As a Care Team Supervisor with Elara Caring, you will be operationally focused and results-driven, overseeing clinical outcomes and implementing quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) programs. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 60 college credit hours OR 2+ years of supervisory experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment preferred

• Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid, home care benefits, and state policies preferred

• Strong computer and communication skills, able to excel in a dynamic setting

• Bi-lingual candidates preferred

• A genuine passion for patient care and leadership

• Reliable transportation to fulfill job responsibilities
