Job Description:
Care Team Supervisor
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Starting pay: $16 per hour

As a Care Team Supervisor with Elara Caring, you will be operationally focused and results-driven, overseeing clinical outcomes and implementing quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) programs. Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
60 college credit hours OR 2+ years of supervisory experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment preferred
Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid, home care benefits, and state policies preferred
Strong computer and communication skills, able to excel in a dynamic setting
Bi-lingual candidates preferred
A genuine passion for patient care and leadership
Reliable transportation to fulfill job responsibilities
