Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the appearance quality inspection of interlining finished products. Strictly implement the inspection process in accordance with product quality standards, inspection specifications and relevant requirements to ensure the accuracy and reliability of inspection results.
• Mark and isolate non-conforming products found during the inspection process, timely record relevant information (such as non-conforming type, quantity, batch, occurrence location, etc.), report to the supervisor at the same time, and assist in tracing the cause of non-conformity.
• Carefully fill in inspection records, inspection reports and other relevant documents to ensure the records are complete, clear and standardized. Properly keep inspection data for subsequent inquiry and quality tracing.
• Conduct inspections during the production process to timely detect and feedback potential quality hazards caused by previous processes (such as weaving, dyeing, and hot melt adhesive coating).

Qualifications:

• College degree
• 1+ year of experience in textile industry quality inspection (fabrics, interlinings, non-wovens, etc.), familiar with common fabric defects and causes.
• Proficient in using measuring tools such as tape measures, color standards (shade bands), and light boxes
