About the role

We are looking for a Program Manager to design and execute initiatives that support our suite of photography and media products and experiences. In this role, you will synthesize feedback from internal and external customers, align operational strategies to business objectives, and define customer-focused KPIs. You will collaborate with Aryeo, Zillow Showcase, Zillow 3D Home, and other cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities and build high-quality experiences for our customers. You will monitor support channels, lead change management and go-to-market efforts for product launches, and work across Zillow to implement changes that support customer success.

 

You will get to:

  • Serve as a product expert, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams and ensuring they are properly tooled to support the business and our partners.

  • Lead cross-functional change management and go-to-market efforts for product launches and updates, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruptions.

  • Work with support, success and sales across Aryeo, Zillow Showcase, Zillow 3D Home, and other Zillow teams to implement solutions that meet customer needs and unique partner requirements.

  • Collaborate with Zillow Media Experts and product teams to align product, partner, and business goals, providing operator experience feedback and identifying improvements.

  • Monitor and report on project and program progress, tracking key milestones, deadlines, and customer-focused KPIs.

  • Develop business cases for new opportunities, informed by real estate media industry trends, including strategic pilots and proof-of-concepts to test and validate recommendations.

  • Own key customer satisfaction and growth metrics, creating and managing improvement plans to drive adoption and retention.

  • Develop and lead large-scale strategic programs, including defining workstreams and project plans, managing day-to-day execution, driving cross-functional alignment through regular read-outs, and crafting clear, timely communications for business partners and senior leaders.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $90,900.00 - $145,100.00 annually. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Vermont the standard base pay range for this role is $86,300.00 - $137,900.00 annually. The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Employees in this role will not be paid below the salary threshold for exempt employees in the state where they reside.

Who you are

  • Curious and analytical, with a strong desire to understand how different parts of the business fit together and create value.

  • You have 2+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a tech or similarly fast-paced environment, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

  • An experienced, proactive Program or Project Manager with product exposure and a strong track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and change efforts.

  • An influential communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, skilled at managing multiple projects and shifting priorities while still meeting deadlines and goals.

  • An analytical problem-solver with a keen attention to detail, comfortable working with data, metrics, and customer feedback to inform decisions.

  • Adept at tailoring your communication to different audiences, knowing what information to share and what questions to ask based on your audience.

  • A trusted partner and connector who helps drive the success of products, partners, and the business by proactively pushing initiatives forward.
