Medical Assistant - Full Time/Tampa, FL

This opening is for a full-time Medical Assistant for our outpatient clinic.  Travel required between Tampa and Watergrass location. Candidate must be highly organized, have good communication, understand medical terminology, and work well others. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 7am to 5pm. *Minimum 1 year experience require & prior authorization experience preferred*

• Entering data into Electronic Health Records
• Preparing patients for examination and/or procedures

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Completion of Medical Assistant program
• Medical Assistant certification is a plus
• High school graduate or GED certificate
• Minimum of 1 years MA experience
• Excellent communication skills including verbal/written, in person and on the phone
