According to the bussinees growing needs, Cybersecurity Awareness team is growing and we are looking for talented professional to join the team as:

Cybersecurity Awareness, Culture & Training Specialist.

Cybersecurity Awarners area is responsible for enhancing employees knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and company’s Cybersecurity Policies.

You will contribute to operationalization of our Cybersecurity Training Portfolio, identify learning needs, create learning paths for various roles in the company, develop and deliver trainings and educational experiences, and cooperate with internal SMEs and external suppliers to meet the demand for specialized learning programs .

As well you will participate in the development of cybersecurity awareness materials, in line with the campaign plans and the organizational communication approach.

Your involvement:

  • Regularly reviewing and updating existing trainings content as well as developing and delivering or coordinating development and delivery of new trainings

  • Maintaining accurate process and operations in terms of training calendar, completion tracking, reporting, reminders, and escalations

  • Planning and delivering effective promotional activities to foster increased training completion

  • Stakeholder management (SMEs, vendors: development, design, Power BI, LMS support, End User support)

  • Ongoing research of training trends, methodologies, solutions, providers, etc., and industry requirements research, including emerging threats to be addressed by the portfolio offering

  • Maintaining a data base of providers and organizing vendor demos and POCs

Your background:

  • 3+ years relevant experience in an international environment in corporate and cybersecurity training area, including:

    • Upskilling and comprehensive training programs dedicated to various audience groups withing organization

    • Proven track records of successful development and delivery of trainings (instructor led, online sessions/webinars, e-learning courses)

    • Successful execution of multi-mode campaigns using different technologies and/or providers.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision and successfully manage project resources

  • Efficient communication both within IT/Cybersecurity environment and to the Business level.

  • Fluency in verbal English and excellent English writing skills are essential.

  • Knowledge of relevant cybersecurity frameworks and standards is a plus
