Do work that matters

This role is responsible for delivering market leading digital experiences for our Business customers across web and other key digital assets. Working in a cross-functional Squad, you’ll use your digital expertise and data to produce and optimise the digital journey for our business customers across commbank.com.au, the CommBank App, CommBiz and NetBank.

From driving educational initiatives and feature awareness and adoption, to cross-sell and sales conversion activities, you’ll deliver a broad range of digital initiatives for our small business to corporate customers. To be successful in this role, you will bring strong data and content experience, thrive in a hybrid, collaborative team and bring a proactive and hands on approach to your work.

The Digital Business Team is responsible for driving digital sales, Net Promoter Score (NPS) and productivity metrics of our business banking assets and experiences. The digital platforms we optimise include commbank.com.au, NetBank, the CommBank app and CommBiz.

In your role you’ll work alongside a talented team of Digital Journey Optimisation Managers, copywriters, content strategists and digital producers who partner with stakeholders to produce award-winning digital experiences.


On any given week you’ll:

  • Interpret data, user research and SEO insights to make recommendations to enhance content structure, user journeys and overall user experience across digital assets.
  • Drive the creation and end-to-end delivery of real-time behavioural targeting and personalisation initiatives, designed to engage and empower our business customers. 
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of key digital campaigns from ideation, hypothesis creation, creative execution, identifying success metrics and outcomes, to execution, post-live testing, monitoring, reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborate with data, marketing and digital partners to define, develop and optimise digital customer journeys
  • Create digital behavioural segments for campaigns using Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Analytics

We are interested to hear from people who have:

  • Detailed working knowledge of AEM as well as the broader suite of Adobe products
  • A clear customer focus and passion for improving the financial wellbeing of our customers
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen – Adobe Analytics essential
  • A real passion for content and human centred design
  • Exceptional communication, influencing and negotiating skills with proven stakeholder management experience
  • Experience communicating with business customers highly desirable
  • Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and deliver and own a strategy from inception through to execution. 
  • Hands on experience with conversion optimisation platforms (such as Pega, Adobe Target and Adobe Audience Manager)
