The Position
Currently we are looking for a Technical Project Management Lead, who will ensure the alignment of our initiatives with the broader strategic objectives of the organization, while maintaining financial health and driving accountability for the team’s commitments and adherence to budget. This role is essential for advancing our Agile transformation, optimizing strategic sourcing partnerships, enhancing internal resource management across product teams. This individual will lead the above functions and collaborate with leaders in other value & delivery teams across Enterprise IT, as well as Investment Management, PMO & IT Finance teams on the delivery of consistent product plans and delivery execution.
What will you do?
- Creating a vision, strategy and 1–3-year plan on how to evolve the Enterprise IT Finance, Digital, Data & Analytics organization.
- Defining, communicating & reporting on team objectives & key results (OKRS) achievements to the larger organization (Value Realization) ensuring all work is aligned to objectives and priority focus areas.
- Exploring and championing new ways of working by learning directly from peers, users, and external sources.
- Coaching team members on agile transformation objectives and manages delivery orchestration within the team and in collaboration with other teams in Enterprise IT and other IT areas.
- Designing and executing analytics to identify and track value opportunities such as value realization, strategic sourcing, or resource optimization across product teams.
- Defining continuous improvement plans across the portfolio and support the development of formal recommendations to senior levels.
- Actively driving communications related to the work done within the team to share successes and articulate business value of team accomplishments. Coordinating communications to various channels such as EIT Finance, Digital, Data & Analytics Value Team Portal, Quarterly Newsletter and Summary highlights.
- Developing and administering a product portfolio with the appropriate mix of new platforms, emerging businesses, and/or disruptive options.
- Leadership of investment squad analysis to ensure transparency to IT investments and communication of Value Realization.
- Identifying KPIs appropriate to the innovations and stage of maturity of the group.
- Creating a bridge between Information Technology and enterprise-wide stakeholders with a focus on the relationship between our product development, delivery orchestration, and business outcomes.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required
- University degree in engineering, computer science or scientific-related disciplines or equivalent experience
- Advanced certification related to solution delivery, organizational development, change management, project management, Agile ways of working, and/or product development or equivalent experience
- Certification related to Agile or related experience
- Advance business degree or equivalent in experience
- A minimum of 8-10+ years of experience in portfolio management, transformation, innovation management, solutions architecting, systems integration, business development and product development
- Proven ability to communicate a business-centric vision that inspires and motivates the organization
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial capabilities inside and outside of corporate environments
- Significant product development experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Demonstrated experience in Data & Analytics domain, preferably in the Healthcare industry
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and accomplish goals in team settings
- Experience in leading and managing teams, committees, or task forces. Ability to influence a wide variety of stakeholders
- Ability to relate project details to larger divisional / corporate strategies to provide context to teams
- Effective interpersonal skills: able to establish good working relationships and collaborate with networks of employees of all levels, other multinational corporations, venture capitalists, universities, government agencies and start-ups; able to foster cooperation in others; creative problem-solver
- Fluency in English – both verbally and written
- Demonstrated accomplishment and skill in oral and written communication
- Demonstrated leadership and credibility: diplomatic, decisive, straightforward, honest
- Ability to delegate work effectively and hold others accountable for deliverables
- Ability to demonstrate leadership behaviors in alignment with Our Leadership standards
- Ensures both operational knowledge and technical skills are maintained and compliant against individual job program
Nice to have
- Experience in leading teams, committees, or task forces
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare, pharma, and/or biotech industry
