Job Description Summary:
Responsible for the overall coordination of leasing (as tenant and as landlord) for Ohio Health and related entities. The Director of Leasing and Strategy will serve as the leader on real estate leasing matters and will work with executives to develop and implement real estate strategies consistent with business requirements and operational needs.Responsibilities And Duties:
Manage team responsible for the negotiation of leases for OH and related entities (lease acquisitions, renewal options, subleases, timeshares, etc.)Minimum Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors’ degree from a four-year college or university; and five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
Thorough technical skills in assigned areas, knowledge of all applicable leasing processes and documents.
Strong financial acumen and experience in brokerage, real estate deals, financial status reports, and prospecting for potential tenants.
Broad knowledge of commercial real estate and/or healthcare real estate, including fiscal management processes and standards and rules and regulations.
Experience in commercial real estate and/or leasing or; and 5 -7 years of progressive management experience.
