Your role at Clorox:

As an Order Fulfillment Analyst you will be responsible for ensuring accurate master data setups that enable both Material Determination and Plant Source Determination within the order to cash process.

This role plays a critical part in supporting new item setup, maintaining determination records, and guaranteeing that sourcing logic functions reliably during sales order processing.

You will work closely with PDP teams, Business Units, and cross functional partners to validate data, update system records in SAP S4 Hana, and maintain alignment with Clorox’s supply network. Your work ensures each item behaves correctly in the system, is mapped to the appropriate material or plant source, and supports error free order execution across markets.

The role is based in our facilities located in Jinetes, Mexico City, with a hybrid working model -2 days at the office, 3 working from home each week.

In this role, you will:

NIS (New Item Setup) Material determination validation:

  • Validation, review and execution of Material Determination setup from Product Data Planning (PDP).
  • Confirmation and MD validation back to PDP via forms.

Material determination updates:

  • Review and validate MD record template request from PDP (This would be requested by business units through PDP and send to the PDP MD Analyst).
  • Reject requests when BU asks to update MD records that are already existing so PDP can go back with BU and reconfirm back with BU.
  • Update MD records and material substitution as needed in SAP S4 Hana and send back proof of work back to PDP for Validation.
  •  Record creation for exports.

BRF+ Table Management:

  • Own the validation, creation, and maintenance of custom sourcing tables used for plant source determination.
  • Add new customers or UPCs to the sourcing tables as needed, ensuring eligibility and completeness.

Master Data Validation:

  • Customer Master Data: Confirm Ship-to customers are active, extended to the correct sales area, and have a valid transportation zone.
  • Material Master Data: Ensure materials are active, properly extended to sales and plant views, and have valid product hierarchy and plant combinations.

Error prevention:

  • Validate data to avoid source-related errors during order processing, such as missing plant assignments or obsolete materials.

Order Flow Support:

  • Act as point of contact for source logic maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with PDPs and Business Units to align new setups.

Process documentation:

  • Create and update DPS and MD template request form
  • Maintain documentation of the process.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Supply Chain-related discipline.
  • At least 3 years’ Supply Chain work experience at industrial companies (e.g., areas like order management, customer service, customer support or customer logistics roles).
  • Microsoft Power BI + Macros and Excel expertise.
  • Experience using SAP.
  • Understanding of end-to-end supply chain concepts
  • Fluent English both oral and written.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fast Moving Consumer Goods experience.
  • Experience working with USA operations.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the capability to mine, sort and clean data from various systems.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects/activities simultaneously in a time sensitive environment.
