London Vet Specialists relocated to a new state-of-the-art site in Hammersmith, West London in 2024. It’s a very exciting time to join us as we are still shaping our boutique London multidisciplinary referral hospital. The hospital boasts an incredible location within a stone’s throw from the river Thames and nestled within the bustling and thriving Hammersmith & Fulham neighbourhood. The site is easily accessible by public transport from all areas of London and is also extremely well located for international travel links by air and train.
We are looking for an imaging specialist to join our team, on a full-time basis (4 days per week), though part-time applications will be considered to work alongside our imaging certificate holder Dr Ana Garcia-Fernandez. We currently have specialists in multiple disciplines including Anaesthesia, Cardiology, Dermatology, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Orthopaedics, and Soft Tissue Surgery, as well as a new Emergency and Critical Care Specialist.
As part of the relocation, we have investing significantly in equipment and the new centre has a brand new 1.5T Philips BlueSeal MRI scanner (this is a low-helium system so also fits our pledge to sustainability and the planet), Siemens 64-slice CT scanner, Samsung RS-85 ultrasound, C-arm fluoroscopy, digital radiography and Karl Storz new endoscopy and bronchoscopy systems to name just a few.
