Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Materials Intern to support planning and materials operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a student interested in supply chain and production processes, who enjoys working with data, coordinating activities, and improving operational flow. The intern will assist in monitoring material availability, supporting production schedules, and contributing to process improvements while gaining hands-on experience in supply chain operations.
Preferred Qualifications
Basic knowledge of materials planning, production, or supply chain processes
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
Required Qualifications
Currently enrolled from the 6th semester onward
Active student in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Position Overview
The Materials Intern will support planning and materials teams by assisting in the preparation and maintenance of daily operational reports, monitoring production schedules, and tracking material availability to ensure continuity of operations.
Responsibilities include supporting data analysis for key performance indicators, identifying gaps between supply and demand, and assisting in follow-up activities to ensure timely material flow. The intern will collaborate with planning, production, and cross-functional teams to maintain accurate information and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and operational performance.
