Job Title: Sales Support Specialist

Salary: Starting from £41,593 (depending on experience)

Location: Peterborough, UK

The Opportunity

This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in the effective operation and governance of several commercial service programmes. You will act as a central point of coordination across customer enquiries, system administration, data validation, and audit tracking, helping to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a high‑quality stakeholder experience.

With responsibility for maintaining core tools, trackers, and databases, the role enables our business to have clear visibility across our Perkins Platinum Protection (PPP) programme, Hypercare offering, Second Level Distributor (SLD) onboarding, and Self-Service OEM (SSOEM) activities.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, building a broad understanding of policies, systems, and governance processes while developing strong problem‑solving, organisational, and stakeholder‑management skills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured, detail‑oriented environment and wants to build expertise in operational support, data integrity, and programme coordination within a dynamic business context.

What You Will Do:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Perkins Platinum Protection inbox, responding to customer enquiries, policy‑related questions, and registration tool access issues

  • Perform system administration duties for the Perkins Platinum Protection registration tool, including maintaining system options and processing OEM registrations

  • Manage and maintain the Perkins Platinum Protection Credit Note Tracker to ensure full visibility and accurate tracking of all PPP‑related credit notes within the system

  • Support Hypercare data collection by verifying, collating, and validating required data to ensure accuracy and completeness

  • Support the Second Level Distributor onboarding request process, ensuring requests are logged, progressed, and completed in line with governance requirements

  • Maintain the annual Second Level Distributor one‑pager database, ensuring information is current, accurate, and easily accessible

  • Maintain the Self-Service OEM audit action log, including the collection, tracking, and updating of action status and progress
