About the Opportunity:
We currently have a unique opportunity for an experienced Infection Control Coordinator to join our supportive and collaborative team at St Vincent’s Private Hospital Northside.
Reporting to the Executive Manager, Quality and Risk you will provide effective leadership and coordination of infection control practices to ensure compliance with legislative and accreditation standards and best practice guidelines.

Things that work for us:
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent tertiary qualifications
AHPRA registration (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) as a Registered Nurse
Post graduate qualifications in Infection Control or related discipline
Qualified Vaccine service provider
Ability to provide leadership and coordination of infection control activities
Demonstrated advanced clinical practice encompassing your expert knowledge of infection control principles, including standards and current legislation
Ability to appropriately problem solve with good analytical skills
Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and computer literacy
