About The Role
Reporting to the Administrative Lead, the Mail Coordinator role is an individual contributor specialized in facilitating mail distribution for the Great Lakes Platform. The Mail Coordinator position will be located in our Howell, MI office. This role will also provide support to the Administration Lead as directed.
Responsibilities:
Receives/opens, sorts, and distributes incoming mail/packages.
Electronically indexes all incoming mail-related data (paper mail, emails, checks, faxes).
Operates/troubleshoots offices machines, including but not limited to scanners, check scanners, and printers, to ensure they are working properly.
Provide overall Platform support and assistance through professional and efficient written and oral communications.
Develop and sustain effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including Platform team members, virtually and in-person.
Actively participates with Management, collaborates, and shares recommendations for improvements to processes, procedures, and identifies and implements the systems to best manage mail in all forms.
Maintains current knowledge of team responsibilities and remains cognizant of the team’s function by supporting the success of the team through effective and accurate administrative assistance.
Maintains high level of confidentiality when working with proprietary and sensitive data.
Resolves limited and non-routine problems as required.

Requirements:
Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
Possess strong administrative and computing skills.
Demonstrate excellent time management skills as well as prioritization skills.
Communicate and interact positively, effectively, and professionally with all levels of Management, and employees, both verbally and in writing
Ability to work in fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
Must have a strong ability to problem-solve to help address issues or refer them to others for assistance.
Must take initiative and be able to work well independently.
Demonstrate proficiency in digital techniques, methods, and tools including Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) with experience collaborating efficiently in M365 (OneDrive, MS Teams, SharePoint)
Own responsibility for timely production of deliverables
Must be self-motivated and driven.
Education/Experience:
Associate degree or higher is preferred, but equitable work experience will be accepted.
Minimum 1 year office experience required.
Experience with Applied EPIC database preferred.
Experience with digital check deposit scanners preferred.
Experience with managing projects preferred.
