Join us to help retail suppliers streamline their logistics into major retailers like Sainsbury's, John Lewis, Argos, Costco, and more.

Role Summary

As a Business Development Manager focused on retail supplier logistics, your mission is to drive growth by identifying and securing partnerships with suppliers delivering into UK retail giants. • Execute territory and account plans aligned with RXO's strategic goals in the retail logistics vertical.
  • Lead solution-based sales conversations, offering tailored European road, air, and ocean freight services designed for retail supplier requirements.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of retail-focused opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, and strategic networking.
  • Secure new business opportunities with a focus on senior decision-makers across diverse industries.
  • Collaborate with internal pricing, operations, and the wider business to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for your customers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, pipeline status, and client interactions.

Ideal Candidate Profile
