Greenstone is looking for a passionate Marketing Manager who has the willingness to learn, the ability to self-start, be flexible and adaptable, the desire to help grow our business and is an analytical thinker. As the Marketing Manager, you will possess the art of crafting narratives, understanding our market, customers and industry, along with the ability to oversee the efforts of our digital deployments from an omnichannel perspective. Our successful candidate will manage a team comprised of a Digital Specialist and a Marketing Coordinator and lead our efforts in the marketplace.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage the overarching Marketing Strategy including building and deploying campaigns to optimize customer experience, ABM strategies in supporting net new prospecting, purposeful utilization of email, social, SEO, search engine marketing (SEM), display and other channels that optimize performance and drive lead generation/engagement.
  • Lead efforts in working closely with sales to support engagement and prospecting efforts.
  • Create copy, content and themes for publishing.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team to continually define and refine relevant marketing profiles and target customer personas for purposes of personalized email campaigns and lead generation tactics
  • Manage MarTech tools to ensure that we are leveraging the best technology to advance our position
  • Direct, influence and contribute to overall marketing strategy, and explore new digital channels for growth such as video, GEO, etc.
  • Event engagement with purposeful attendance to ensure the capturing of industry insights and customer engagement
  • Develop targeted strategies to increase our visibility in the marketplace and generate MQL’s
  • Measures and reports key analytics (KPIs) and campaign performance and outcomes to support marketing investment and attribution analysis (ROI).
  • Develop GTM for new innovations driven from the Greenstone Product and Development teams.
  • Own content creation and collaborate with teams to develop digital content.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships for MarTech tools to ensure any outsourced work is consistent, high quality, cost-effective, and reflects branding specifications.
  • Manage and own our omni channel deployment
  • Manage, build and/or restructure teams for best interests of the organization
  • Prioritize ongoing professional development by conducting personal research, attending workshops and seminars, networking with industry professionals, and attaining advanced education to stay abreast on trends, best practices and strategies.

Skills & Competencies

  • >2 years working in an individual contributor role in a marketing capacity
  • >5 years working in a leadership role relating to marketing
  • Advanced competency or certifications in  MAP & CRM tools (HubSpot and Salesforce)
  • Competency with Google Analytics, AdWords, Search Console, Tag Manager, Display Ads.
  • Content Creation background
  • Team manager who believes in team dynamics where shared views and team inputs are embraced
  • Ability to use data analytics to measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance, to make data-driven marketing decisions
  • Ability to collaborate with a diverse group of employees to achieve shared goals
  • Self-starter with the ability to pay attention to detail, prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines

Required Experience

  • Must have >5 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager or similar
  • Must have Ag Industry Experience particularly working with the Cooperative system
  • Advanced Salesforce and HubSpot Skills
  • Experience with omnichannel deployment
  • Understand key KPI’s associated to digital deployment
  • Energetic, curious and determined to succeed
  • Creative, logical, and analytical. Willing to experiment and innovate
  • Intermediate Web Development Skills
  • Content/Copy Writing Skills
  • Experience with MarTech tools

Travel

Yes, up to 30% Travel for team/company meetings, tradeshow/conference and/or customer visits.

Preferred Education

Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Marketing, business, communication, website/graphic design,  or equivalent experience.

Remote opportunity can work anywhere in the United States. Eastern/Central time zone preferred
