About the Role

The Manager, Website Publishing will join the Digital Content Team within TDAM Content Marketing & Communications. The Digital Content Team is responsible for increasing customer engagement across TDAM's digital properties: websites, podcasts, social media, e-mail, and third-party industry databases.

In this role, the Manager, Website Publishing will be responsible for the creation, updating, management, and maintenance of TDAM's web content. The role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on supporting TDAM's business goals through effective web content management and digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our web presence aligns with business goals and regulatory standards, while also optimizing user experience across multiple sites for Canadian, U.S. and global audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Content Publishing & Management:

  • Daily creation, updating, and management of web content using Adobe AEM, Tridion CMS, and other proprietary software.
  • Select and utilize appropriate templates, components, and modules to build web pages.
  • Add and edit content, including copy, images, video, tagging, and SEO metadata, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and stakeholder input.
  • Create experience fragments and ensure personalization and dynamic content blocks function correctly.
  • Upload and manage digital assets within Adobe Digital Asset Manager, ensuring accuracy and proper tagging.
  • Optimize and edit digital assets for optimal desktop and mobile web experiences.

Relationship Management:

  • Lead the gathering and assessment of content authoring requirements, providing advice and recommendations based on SEO, UX/UI best practices, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Understand and support digital marketing strategies, including promotions, remarketing, and on-site personalization tactics.
  • Manage a robust funnel of content authoring requests and hold partners accountable for ensuring all business requirements are met.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and changes in UI/UX and digital marketing.

Qualifications / Skills / Experience

  • Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Digital Asset Manager.
  • Experience in web publishing, digital content management, and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, UI/UX best practices, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred experience will be given to:

  • Experience in the asset management or financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and digital marketing tools.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of web design and UI/UX best practices.

                                                                          

Specific Educational requirements/accreditations

  • University degree required.
  • Relevant certifications – e.g., Adobe Qualified AEM Sites Content Author credential; Professional Certified Marketer (PCM) – would be an asset.
