What we offer
The People Operations and Technology team is a part of the People@Nasdaq Team, a cohesive and highly collaborative group working together to make Nasdaq an amazing place to work. The team drives to redesign the HR processes and tools to provide an innovative and seamless experience to our employees around the world.
We are currently seeking Senior HR Service Center Analyst who will provide centralized human resource services spanning payroll, benefits and other transactions. You will ensure efficiency of service center operations, technology, and transaction processes. This entails establishing standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions and administration of human resource programs. You will also coordinate services with the human resource information systems, human resource program managers, and technology specialists.
This is a permanent full-time role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig following a hybrid work model setup (at least 2 in office days per week).

What you will do
As a Senior HR Service Center Analyst, you will be in charge of providing Level 2 HR support. You will be providing resolution on complex benefits inquiries and issues sent via email from Nasdaq employees in the US. You will also be responsible for reporting requirements such as those that will be given to our provider/vendor in the US.
What We Expect
At least 2 years of experience in providing benefits support and processing in a regional or global HR role, preferably in the US
Experience in using Workday is required.
A keen eye for detail and a good problem solver with great interpersonal skills
Good communication skills and the ability to think outside of the box
The initiative to learn and to be comfortable working with minimum supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Flexibility to work on some PH holidays based on business need
Willingness to work on all shifts, morning (6am-3pm), mid shift (2pm-11pm) and night shift (9pm-6am), rotation is every 3 months
