Job description:
Mission and Main tasks and responsibilities :
- Support Functional HRBP in all Business Partnering matters
- Primary point of contact for Functional Directors (and SVPs/VPs if needed)
- Support functions leaders in planning their talent pipeline requirements and building talent bench strength
- Career committees, succession planning, talent identification and development,
- Get to know interviews with talents, coaching talents on their career
- Risk analysis and 3B strategy (Build, Buy, Borrow)
- Talent exchanges (cross-functional, Inter region & Alliance
- Guide Functional Directors (and SVPs/VPs if needed) in people management
- Support and guide business leaders on HR processes and leadership aspects
- Organizational changes and organization development
Partnering with COEs:
- Engage HR COEs to deliver appropriate expertise where needed
- Implement and adapt HR services and programs for the business (where needed)
- Partnering with Local HR on talent management, performance management, labor relations, HC/LC and other HR matters
- Functional HC/FTE and Labour Cost management
Background and Experience:
Skills & experience required for the position :
- Master Degree, preferably in Business Management/HR/Economics
- Respect of confidentiality information
- At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in a Human Resources role
- Experience in working with Senior stakeholders (Directors and above) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
