Based at our Shared Service Center in Budapest, the Customer Service team supports customers throughout the full order lifecycle, including quotations, order management, and fulfilment.
As a Customer Service Representative II, you will provide high-quality support to internal and external customers, ensuring timely and accurate order processing while collaborating closely with sales, warehouse, finance, and other teams.
Process and follow up customer orders in line with company guidelines
Manage the order lifecycle from order entry to fulfilment
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in cooperation with internal stakeholders
Support customer account creation and maintenance processes
Monitor order holds and ensure timely resolution
Maintain accurate customer and order data in ERP/CRM systems
Meet daily and weekly operational targets
Participate in ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives
Communication skills in English and German
Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
Confident user of Microsoft Office
Experience in customer service or SSC environment is an advantage
SAP or Oracle knowledge is a plus
Fresh graduates are also welcome
