• Enterprise visibility and influence across multiple AMCs
• Highly competitive compensation, including incentive eligibility

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior advisor on organizational strategy, leadership, and workforce planning
• Guide organizational design and change initiatives aligned to evolving business needs

  • Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and enterprise change initiatives

  • Executive presence with the ability to influence, challenge, and advise senior stakeholders

Preferred Experience

  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MHA, or related)

  • Exposure to large-scale transformation or system-level initiatives

Compensation & Benefits

This position has an estimated base salary range of $215,000 – $250,000 annually, with incentive bonus eligibility. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, capabilities, and internal equity. Mass General Brigham offers a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, retirement, paid time off, and professional development support.

Additional Information
