Job Purpose:

This position will be responsible for leading the regional structure dedicated to commercial execution as a vendor, responsible for the entire Go to Market as a service strategy for Broadcom (and potentially other vendors in the future). This role focuses on direct engagement with end-users, revenue growth, renewal rate improvement, and new business generation, with full autonomy over pricing and commercial conditions.

Responsibilities:

Lead and Develop a Multicultural Team: Manage and mentor Account Executives across Brazil, Mexico, CCA, NOLA, and SOLA, with an initial team of five direct reports and potential for future expansion.

End-to-End Go-to-Market Ownership: Define and execute the regional sales plan for end users, including pipeline management, forecasting, in-person visits to strategic accounts, and partner engagement. Full autonomy for pricing, negotiation, and commercial terms.

Strategic Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main interface between regional strategy and local execution, aligning with Broadcom’s senior leadership and other key stakeholders.

Growth & Retention: Drive aggressive revenue growth through up-sell, cross-sell, win-back, and new logo acquisition, ensuring a balanced mix of renewals and new business in line with Broadcom Aggregator fee targets.

Channel & Partner Program Development: Design and implement partner programs to increase renewal rates and channel engagement, collaborating closely with TD SYNNEX’s regional vendor management.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with pre-sales, marketing, operations, finance, and HR to ensure seamless commercial execution.

Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, renewal rates, margin, and end-customer satisfaction, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Experience:
    • 8–10+ years in regional commercial leadership roles, ideally within software vendors, system integrators, or aggregator models.
    • 5+ years managing and developing high-performing, multicultural teams.
    • Proven track record in complex B2B sales, direct end-user engagement, and large account management.
    • Experience working for or with companies such as Broadcom, Symantec, CA, Carbon Black, or similar is highly valued.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
    • MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a strong plus.
  • Languages:
    • Spanish: Fluent (required)
    • English: Fluent (required)
    • Portuguese: Highly desirable (not mandatory if English is strong)
