Job Description:
Key responsibilities:
- 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Workday Integration Development, Implementation, Enhancements, and Production Support.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday inbound and outbound integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connector, Cloud Connector, PECI, PICOF, and Report Designer.
- Develop and maintain integrations using XML, XSLT, Web Services, REST APIs, and Java, including XSLT-based transformations.
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, monitor production interfaces, perform root cause analysis, and implement enhancements to ensure reliable and stable integrations.
- Design and develop Advanced, Matrix, Dashboard, and Composite Reports, along with complex Workday calculated fields to support business and integration requirements.
- Configure and maintain Workday integration security, including X509 certificates, PGP encryption, SSH keys, Integration System Users (ISU), and Integration System Groups (ISG).
- Partner with business stakeholders, functional teams, and downstream application teams to design scalable, efficient, and reliable integration solutions.
- Take ownership of projects and change requests by managing timelines, deliverables, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, interface specifications, test plans, deployment guides, and operational documentation.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
