The Change Enablement Chapter within Everyday People Services (EPS) is focused on creating simple, effective, and engaging people experiences across the employee lifecycle.
We partner with teams across HR and the broader organisation to improve how work gets done, ensuring our people, leaders, and HR teams can easily adopt new processes, tools, and ways of working. We combine employee experience thinking, human-centred design, process optimisation, and change enablement to deliver solutions that drive meaningful outcomes for our people.
Reporting to the Change Enablement Chapter Lead, you'll work within an agile squad environment to shape and improve experiences that matter most to employees, leaders, and HR teams.
As a People Experience - Change Enablement Manager, you'll play a key role in designing, improving, and embedding employee and leader experiences that drive engagement, adoption, and meaningful outcomes across HR initiatives.
You will partner with stakeholders to identify pain points, understand employee needs, and develop practical solutions that improve experiences while supporting the adoption of new ways of working. You'll combine employee experience thinking, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and change enablement to help deliver initiatives that are embraced by employees and leaders.
This role combines change enablement, employee experience, and continuous improvement to help deliver simpler, more effective experiences for employees and leaders. You'll contribute to initiatives that improve HR services, simplify processes, and support sustainable behavioural change.
Success in this role will come from your ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, build strong stakeholder relationships, and create simple, human-centred experiences that improve outcomes for our people.
