What you can expect

Zoom is looking for a senior manager that has expertise in leading an analytics and insights function within its Revenue Org. This senior manager will lead the Direct Sales Analytics and Insights department, playing a crucial role in data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role is also in charge of creating, maintaining, and assigning Sales Territories to all quota-carrying roles in the Direct Sales Organization. 

About the Team

This role is part of the Go To Market Insights, Analytics and Planning team, which broadly supports Zoom's Sales teams in its journey towards growth. Overall, the Go To Market Insights, Analytics and Planning team is in charge of annual sales strategy and planning, sales quota setting, territory management, and is in charge of transforming sales data into actionable insights and strategy. 

The ideal teammate should possess a keen interest to deliver relevant and impactful insights through data and should show great ability to work well cross functionally and within the Revenue Org.  

Responsibilities:

• Manage and evolve a portfolio of reports and dashboards that measure success and highlight opportunities for the Direct Sales team

• Manage the sales forecasting analytics reporting portfolio

• Build, manage, and measure the overall Direct Sales territory assignment process.

• Oversee ad hoc analyses that support the overall Revenue Function, including those needed for quarterly business reviews or annual sales strategy planning.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts and insights specialists.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their analytics needs and provide tailored insights.

• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, helping them leverage data to solve business problems and make informed decisions.

• Facilitate data-driven discussions and workshops to promote a culture of analytics within the organization.

What we’re looking for:

• 7+ years of leadership experience in data analytics and insights  

• Have experience using analytics platforms such as Salesforce, Tableau, Snowflake

• Have SaaS and Technology experience

• Have the ability to work in a dynamic environment

• Be a Self-motivated individual with the ability to work in a changing environment

• Have consultative skills with business acumen

• Have the ability and aptitude to work within various media to coach & develop teams and individuals

• Have the ability to evaluate complex processes and apply critical-thinking skills to interpret and translate technical and statistical information for business stakeholders

• Able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative environment

• Be willing to travel both domestically and abroad

• Have a demonstrated, proven track record of driving for results
