Product Success Intern will gain hands-on experience in supporting the product success team, helping ensure customers effectively adopt and utilize the company's products. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to learn about product management, customer support, and marketing in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Product Adoption:

  • Help in executing strategies to drive product adoption among customers.
  • Assist in gathering feedback from customers about their product experiences.

Sales Assistance:

  • Aid the sales team by providing up-to-date product information and resources.
  • Support in preparing materials for sales presentations and customer meetings.

Customer Support:

  • Provide basic support to customers to help them understand and use the product.
  • Assist in responding to customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues.

Communication:

  • Keep internal teams informed about customer feedback and any product issues.
  • Assist in communicating new product features and updates to customers and regional teams.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Help track and report on key product metrics, such as usage rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate with marketing to create content highlighting product successes and customer testimonials.
  • Help with social media posts and other marketing activities to promote product wins.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Perform general administrative duties to support the product success team.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining documentation related to product success activities.

 

More about you:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree at business or technical faculty and available to work full time
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges.
  • You are available to start work on October 7th, 2024.
  • You hold valid student rights from „Studentski Centar“ throughout the entire internship period (6 months).
