Job Summary:

Summary

As an Internal Area Manager you will be responsible for building relationships with dealerships, acting as the first line of contact for your dealerships regarding any questions/concerns that may arise in the loan process and keeping a positive company image at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Consultant/partner to F&I Managers in the sale of products to ensure maximum profitability for dealership through the utilization of UAC products.
  • Produce Daily Activity Reports for management.
  • Prepare and close UAC Dealer Agreements for all new dealers.
  • Dealer Relations and follow up on applications and deals submitted.
  • Work closely with the Funding and Credit teams throughout the loan process.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • The ability to work out of your home and travel daily (within a 60 mile radius) to call on dealers.  (A valid driver’s license reliable transportation and auto insurance are required).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Strong numeric ability for the purpose of reading and understanding credit applications and structuring deals.
  • Above average work ethic and drive with the ability to work independently.
  • Must be able to work Saturdays as needed out in the field.

Education/Experience

  • 2-5 years previous experience in a challenging sales role with a proven track record of success. 
  • Previous experience in Auto Finance sales and underwriting, or dealership experience.  Sub-prime auto finance experience highly preferred.
     

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.21 per hour + UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS
Commission:
Average monthly commission is $3K - $5!!!
 

Supervisory Responsibility

Will lead and direct the work of Dealer Relations, Credit and Funding groups.

Language Ability

Ability to clearly and effectively communicate in person, in writing and by telephone.

Computer Skills

Proficient in use of MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Access, SharePoint

Schedule

  • Flexibility to work between the hours of 7am to 10pm Monday through Friday
  • Must also work Saturdays based on business needs
