We're looking for a Data Analytics Implementation Specialist (4 Month FTC)  to join our team in London as part of our Marketing function.

Your Role: Your primary focus will be on maintaining, optimising, and adjusting our existing Google Tag Manager (GTM) setup, digital analytics tracking, and data integrations. You’ll ensure that our current systems function effectively and adapt to evolving business needs, working closely with developers and paid media specialists as part of the digital analytics team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimise existing digital analytics (Google Analytics 4) implementations via GTM.
  • Govern and audit the GTM instance to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Support tracking requirements for ongoing projects and business needs.
  • Manage cookie governance solutions (CMP) and ensure data compliance.
  • Collaborate with business partners to refine and adjust tracking solutions.
  • Deploy QA and testing plans to maintain data quality.
  • Work within IT governance for documentation and change control.
  • Support multichannel tracking systems and work with third-party partners to ensure accurate data collection.

Your Experience

  • Experience: Web development experience with a focus on analytics implementation. Proficiency in HTML5, JavaScript, and GTM
  • Strong technical and web development skills.
  • Basic understanding of SQL and data tools.
  • Good communication skills for explaining technical changes.
  • Attention to detail in managing multiple maintenance tasks.
  • Basic ability to interpret data and provide technical solutions for data collection.
  • Ability to implement and manage complex tracking setups and measurement strategies.
  • Strong experience in Digital Analytics implementation, especially GA/GA4 with GTM.
  • Knowledge of GA and GTM best practices.
  • Experience with data layers and collaborating with developers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field is desirable but not required.
