Summary
Accenture is looking for a skilled Senior Analyst with experience in FAM Loftware and SAP EHS Global Label Management (GLM) to support business-critical labeling and compliance applications. The ideal candidate will have experience working with enterprise labeling platforms, regulatory content management, application troubleshooting, and support processes within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support and maintain FAM Loftware and SAP EHS GLM solutions used across global manufacturing operations.
Analyze and resolve application defects, incidents, and user-reported issues.
Support configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend solutions.
Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to change management and compliance procedures.
Contribute to documentation, knowledge management, and operational excellence activities.

Professional Attributes
