Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete design process of new products, covering both technical and functional aspects.
• Create highly scalable, reliable, and cost-effective solutions within a cloud environment.
• Take full responsibility for Functional & Non-Functional Requirements and help shape the technology roadmap.
• Collaborate with technical leaders across departments such as FW, Validation, and CPG to understand challenges; work with engineering leads to resolve these issues. Identify opportunities for new technologies and guide their implementation.
• Adhere to established principles, guidelines, reference architectures, and standards.
• Act as a strong team player by recommending industry best practices and principles.
• Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) projects to investigate and introduce emerging technologies.

Core Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1–4 years of extensive software development experience.
• Skilled in Python and Java 8+, with solid knowledge of their ecosystems.
• Strong grasp of OOPs, design patterns, and concepts.
• Familiarity with GUI frameworks such as HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, jQuery, Bootstrap (preferably ReactJS).
• Capable of designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and improving software applications.
• Experience with Git and Bitbucket version control systems.
• Knowledge of build tools like Ant, Maven, and Gradle.
• Proficient in Tomcat web server configuration and deployment.
• Able to design and code microservices, with experience in Spring Boot/MVC, Spring Security, and REST API development.
• Experience working with any relational database management system (RDBMS).
• Basic familiarity with Linux.
• Exposure to artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML); hands-on AI/ML experience is a plus.
