Job Summary:

As a Software Engineer II, you will help our team build our linear advertising platform.

On a daily basis you should bring:

Responsibilities:

● Actively participate in daily stand-ups and other scrum ceremonies.

● Collaborate with team members to design new solutions and drive alignment across partner teams.

● Participate in the breakdown and estimation of tasks.

● Communicate with team members on progress.

● Write code to implement new features or optimize existing services.

● Test code through various means: unit tests, integration tests, performance tests, etc.

● Participate in a on-call rotation and production support.

● Follow industrial best practices for service operations regarding CI/CD, monitoring, and investigation of incidents. Perform code reviews for members of the team.

Basic Qualifications:

● Proficiency with .NET Core, C# and ORMs.

● Experience with ReactJS or similar frontend frameworks, with the ability to quickly pick up new technologies.

● Relational databases, such as SQL Server, MySQL or Postgres.

● Demonstrable analytical / problem-solving skills.

● Great communication, collaboration skills, and a strong teamwork ethic with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Cloud platforms such as Azure/AWS.

● Modern DevOps tools such as Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.

● Data Streaming Mechanisms such as Apache Kafka, Kinesis, and/or SNS/SQS.

● Domain knowledge in the Ad Tech industry. Required Education:

● BS or MS in Computer Science / Engineering or relevant work experience.

● 3+ years of software engineering experience
