Position Summary
This Informatics Analyst position is on the Medicare Risk Adjustment team. Team members are responsible for the process surrounding file receipt and submission of risk adjustment data to the Center for Medicare/Medicaid services.

Responsibilities include, understanding data requirements, using SAS to process and create submissions, editing and formatting data received to comply to submission guidelines, creating and maintaining datasets, data retrieval, validation and analysis, audit trail documentation and reconciliation, interacting with vendors, providers and internal constituents and working in a team environment to effectively manage the workflow and achieve commitments. Team members in this position will use Base SAS 9.4 Windows 10 version to perform data retrieval, comparisons, and formatting to create text files for submission. Candidate must possess SAS Based Certification or possess equivalent work experience for this position. SAS Advanced is a plus.

Required Qualifications

  • 1 or more years of SAS experience
  • 1 or more years of data analytics and/or data management experience.
  • Detail-oriented, ability to pay close attention to detail.


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $93,574.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
