Summary: As a ServiceNow IT Operations Management Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with ServiceNow IT Operations Management, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful data-driven solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow IT Operations Management applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Configure and customize ServiceNow IT Operations Management modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog. - Develop and maintain ServiceNow IT Operations Management workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to enhance the user experience. - Provide technical expertise and support for ServiceNow IT Operations Management applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management, ServiceNow IT Business Management, and ServiceNow IT Asset Management. - Experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow IT Operations Management applications. - Strong understanding of ServiceNow IT Operations Management modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog. - Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow IT Operations Management modules. - Experience in developing and maintaining ServiceNow IT Operations Management workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ServiceNow IT Operations Management applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful ServiceNow IT Operations Management solutions. - This position is based at our Gurugram office.
