SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who will run growth experiments that’ll create and implement strategies to boost demand generation, drive our freemium model, and increase upsell. You’ll use AI tools, no-code/low-code platforms, and smart automation to rapidly unlock new growth channels, improve operational efficiency, and experiment with new marketing ideas end-to-end.
You’ll be embedded within the Marketing Operations team, working with paid, email, business intelligence and GTM operations.
This is a role for someone who thinks analytically and at scale, and executes quickly.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leading growth experiments and A/B testing - defining hypotheses, setting up measurement frameworks, enhancing conversions, and translating insights into scalable processes.
• Build and ship MVPs of growth experiments using tools like n8n, Gemini, Zapier, Hex, and custom scripts.
• Work across teams and departments, such as sales development and events, to increase lead generation and down-funnel conversion rates.
• Manage all aspects of the website and landing pages for conversion rate optimization, updates and compliance.
• Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities to improve free-to-paid conversion rates.
• Act as a subject matter expert on AI tools and trends, helping to identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency for the marketing team.
• Act as an internal multiplier, sharing tools, playbooks, and internal agents that help marketing, sales, customer success and SDR teams move faster and better.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years experience working in a B2B SaaS in a growth marketing, engineering or GTM role.
• Experience working with AI, APIs, and automation tools. Bonus if you've built internal agents or custom internal tools.
• Fluent in the following tools or their equivalents: Zapier/n8n, Gemini, HubSpot/Salesforce, Webflow, Heap
• Knowledge of coding languages such as Python, JavaScript and HTML.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with measurement tools (Google Analytics, internal BI tools, experimentation platforms).
• Experience with conversion rate and funnel optimization.
• Familiarity with web design and development best practices, even if you’re not a designer or developer.
