Job Description Summary
The Digital Marketing Product Lead serves as the single, accountable face of IT to the global Digital Marketing organization. This role partners closely with regional marketing leadership to define and deliver scalable, global digital capabilities while balancing regional needs. The Product Lead owns the digital marketing technology vision, roadmap, and demand lifecycle, ensuring platforms such as WordPress, Adobe CMS, Pardot, and Salesforce are leveraged to drive commercial growth, customer engagement, and measurable business outcomes.
Job Description
Own the end-to-end IT relationship with global and regional Digital Marketing leadership
Act as the primary IT point of accountability for digital marketing capabilities
Partner with regional marketing teams to translate business objectives into scalable, global solutions
Define and maintain a multi-year digital marketing technology roadmap aligned to commercial strategy
Lead demand intake, evaluation, prioritization, and governance for digital marketing initiatives
Influence stakeholders to align on priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs across regions
Ensure initiatives are clearly defined, value-driven, and delivery-ready prior to execution
Partner with Enterprise Architecture to ensure alignment with platform standards and long-term strategy
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Delivery teams through delivery kickoff
Track adoption, performance, and realized value of digital marketing solutions post-launch
Partner with the vendor and managed services provider to enable seamless run and support
Basic & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
8–12 years of experience in product management, application ownership, or digital marketing technology leadership
Hands-on experience supporting enterprise digital marketing platforms, including:
WordPress
Adobe CMS
Pardot
Salesforce
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority
Experience supporting commercial organizations (marketing, sales, or customer engagement)
Experience operating in global, matrixed environments
Prior experience in a CPG, retail, or foodservice organization strongly preferred
